I will spend our initial visits getting to know you as a person and learning about your psychological, medical, and relationship history. I will then collaborate with you to develop the best treatment plan to achieve your goals. The first session is one hour and follow-up sessions are 30 to 45 minutes.
Therapy options include insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and mindfulness techniques. Psychotherapy appointments generally occur once or twice a week, but I will work with you to decide on the frequency that would best meet your needs. These appointments are 45 minutes.
Depending on your needs, medication may be helpful. I have pharmacological expertise in managing many mood and anxiety disorders. I will take a collaborate approach with you to find the treatment that works best for you. These appointments are 30 to 45 minutes.
